Appointments
A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated so we can offer the time to another patient. Specific late-cancellation and no-show fees are pending confirmation.
Packages
Refund terms for unused visits within a package are pending confirmation and will be presented before purchase.
Memberships
- Memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation is available after any minimum commitment period.
- Unused visits do not roll over unless stated (pending confirmation).
- Refunds for the current billing period are not typically issued.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund requests can be made by contacting the practice.
